Description: Canadian-born Geoffrey O'Hara was a multi-talented musician, known as a songwriter, composer, singer, teacher, lecturer, army singing instructor, ethnomusicologist, pianist, and guild organizer. His lengthy career began in the first decade of the 1900s and he continued to entertain audiences and arrange music as late as the 1960s.

Description: Elzéar Hamel's voice made its way into homes of French-speaking record buyers not through song, but via the comic monologues he recorded between 1916 and the late 1920s. He performed for the Théâtre des variétés, the first permanent professional French acting troupe in Montreal, and later for the Troupe du Théâtre national and the Théâtre canadien.
